Sailau is a small business owner whose greatest passions are community work and her family. As a mother of six, most of whom are athletes. She has been deeply involved in the youth sports world for several years. She has spent over five years serving as a committee member and coordinator for community events, and is now transitioning that
Sailau is a small business owner whose greatest passions are community work and her family. As a mother of six, most of whom are athletes. She has been deeply involved in the youth sports world for several years. She has spent over five years serving as a committee member and coordinator for community events, and is now transitioning that experience into supporting youth sports programs.
This past 7v7 season, she chose PS Flight for her son and had an amazing experience. The program continues to grow and build partnerships with some of the top youth sports organizations, and Sailau is excited to see the impact it will have on developing future athletes and the next generation.

What’s up everyone! I’m Tyrone Joe and my coaching journey is very brief so I won’t hold you very long. This will be my 2nd year coaching and 1st year with PS Flight and I’ve been loving every minute of it. I originally jumped in just to help out and before I knew it, I was hooked!

I’m blessed with an amazing wife, three smart/talented boys and two dogs that pretty much run the house. These days my life revolves around family, football and trying to remember people are actually talking to me when they yell “Hey Coach!” in public. If I don’t respond right away you gotta give me a minute I’m still adjusting to it! 😂
What really drew me in was seeing what Coach Chris and the team are building with PS Flight. The vision, the culture and the impact on these young athletes made me want to dive in headfirst and do my part to help take it to the next level.

As a faith-based mother of two, I value integrity, hard work, and service.
